Healthy Strawberry Blueberry Smoothie



Smoothies. They are a quick on-the-go fruity drink loved by many fitness addicts. A lot of gyms offer smoothies or shakes to their customers. The one I go to, JC Health & Fitness, has the best smoothies I've ever tasted! Their smoothies are so addictive, every time I go there I just have to get one. My personal favorite smoothie recipe is down below.

Strawberry Blueberry Smoothie Recipe:
1 cup water
1 cup ice
1 scoop vanilla protein
1 tablespoon flax seeds
1/2 cup frozen yogurt
                 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
                 1/2 cup frozen blueberries 




The protein powder, yogurt, 
fruit, and flax seeds 
give you the healthy nutrition 
that is great for
post-workouts.
